Cypress has completed the establishment of a joint venture between Raízen and Femsa

Cypress has successfully completed the establishment of a joint venture between Raízen and Femsa in the amount of R$ 1.1 billion, equivalent to approximately US$ 278 million.

Upon conclusion, Raízen Combustíveis and Femsa Comércio will be, respectively, direct and indirect shareholders of Raízen Conveniências in the proportion of 50/50 of the share capital. The joint venture will have its own professional and corporate governance structure.
