Cypress advised Itaigara Memorial in the sale of 60% of its shares to Oncoclínicas (ONCO3), at an Enterprise Value of approximately R$ 180 million, and options for achieving 100% participation over the next years.

Itaigara Memorial is an important outpatient center for low and medium complexity surgical procedures and exams in the city of Salvador, Bahia, and has more than 1,400 associated surgeons and specialists.

The acquisition represents a milestone in Oncoclínica’s strategy to expand the journey of cancer care, integrating outpatient clinics with higher complexity centers, making the patient experience even better and strengthening the relationship with the ecosystems of surgeons and specialists.
