Cypress has successfully completed the sale of 100% of Octadesk’s shares to Locaweb

Cypress has successfully completed the sale of 100% of Octadesk’s shares to Locaweb (LWSA3), in the amount of R$102 million, coupled with a potential earn-out structure linked to performance achievements.

Created in 2015, Octadesk is a conversational commerce platform that assists companies in the process of generating leads, sales, and service, connecting companies and consumers across all digital channels (WhatsApp, Chat, Instagram, email, among others), in real time.

Providing automation and scale through chatbots, preprogrammed virtual assistants and technology embedded in Artificial Intelligence, the platform has the capacity to make conversations humanized, improving the customer relation experience and boosting the companies’ results in all digital channels.
