Cypress advised Zilor on the structuring and conclusion of an innovative fundraising operation of R$ 120 million, through the structuring of a Credit Rights Investment Fund (FIDC), aimed at fostering Zilor’s production chain.

The Program is designed to finance rural producers who have a long-term contract to supply sugarcane to Zilor, giving them access to the necessary financial resources for investments in the plantation. By doing this, the company is helping strengthen the working capital structure of its Partners, contributing to improve risk and receivables management.
