Cypress has successfully completed a M&A transaction of dti digital, a leading Brazilian digital transformation services provider with WPP (LSE:WPP), the world’s largest communications company in the world.

Through agile methodology and design thinking, DTI develops and integrates systems to help customers to adapt to the digital economy, from data collection softwares to consumer-facing applications and platforms including e-commerce marketplaces and customer interfaces.

The operation reinforces an increasingly strong trend towards the integration of the marketing and technology sectors.
