Cypress advised CostDrivers on the sale of 100% of its shares to GEP, the largest procurement technology company in the world.

This is GEP’s first acquisition in Brazil, and with the transaction, the company acquires the leading platform for supply market forecasting, pricing trends and cost modeling, and procurement data intelligence.

CostDrivers has more than 200 enterprise customers in 40 countries, tracking more than 50,000 commodities and operating supplies in markets around the world.
