Cypress advised Contmatic, a leading software company for accounting offices in Brazil, in the sale to Vela Software, a subsidiary of the Canadian company Constellation Software (TSE:CSU).
The operation is part of the Company’s strategy of increasing investments, enhancing its expansion plan, and expanding the offer of new products and services. Contmatic is one of the largest Brazilian companies in the niche of software for accounting offices, with more than 100 thousand users among 30 thousand companies.
